The right solution
Not every hair restoration needs a transplant
In women, thinning often has a treatable cause — hormones, thyroid, iron levels, stress, after pregnancy, or your hair-care routine. Many women improve with the right care, without any surgery.
Dr Anupama begins with a proper diagnosis, then builds a plan around your cause and your goals. A transplant is only ever one option — considered when it's genuinely the right one for you.

A structured programme, not a quick sell
The Hair Restoration Programme
Good hair restoration starts with understanding why your hair is changing — so the programme is built around diagnosis and clarity first, often including the right tests to pinpoint the cause, before deciding anything.
First consultation
We take time to understand the cause of your hair fall — your history, habits, diet, lifestyle and an in-person examination — and reach a clear diagnosis. You'll get your treatment options (medical, surgical, adjuvant, diet and lifestyle), a plan individualised to your needs, and an honest discussion of aims, timelines, side effects, complications and alternatives.
Second consultation Free
A free review of your first consultation — to revisit anything you'd like and answer new questions. Available up to three months from your first consult, online or in person, whatever suits you.
Third consultation Free
A further free consultation to address any residual concerns. If you decide to go ahead with a procedure, minor or major, you'll receive a clear information pamphlet with full pre- and post-procedure details.
Care that continues
Support that doesn't stop at the procedure

Common questions
Answers, straight up
Why is my hair thinning?
There are many possible causes — hormonal changes, thyroid, low iron, stress, after pregnancy, PCOS, or tight hairstyles. A proper assessment, sometimes with blood tests, helps identify yours.
Will my hair grow back?
It depends on the cause. Temporary shedding — for example after pregnancy or illness — often recovers, while pattern thinning is managed with the right ongoing plan. Your consultation will be honest about what to expect.
Do I need a hair transplant?
Often not. Many women improve with medical and regenerative treatments alone. A transplant is considered only when it's genuinely the right fit for you, after a proper diagnosis.
Is hair loss after pregnancy normal?
Yes — postpartum shedding is very common and usually temporary. Dr Anupama can help support your recovery and rule out any other contributing causes.
Can thyroid, PCOS or menopause affect my hair?
Yes, all of these can influence hair. Identifying the underlying factor through diagnosis is the first step to addressing it.
What about aftercare?
Your first follow-up after a minor procedure is free, and follow-up after surgery is free for a full year.
